Return & Exchanges

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

To return or exchange items, please send an email to hameet321@gmail.com providing your name and order number and the reason for returning the item.

We will charge you for the transaction fees we incur when processing payments (this is 1.7% of the amount being returned). This amount will be deducted from your refund. If you need extra information sizing before purchasing, feel free to contact us for help.

How to return or exchange an item or an entire order from EU​

 

STEP 1: Please send an email to hameet321@gmail.com providing your name and order number, and your reason for returning. 

STEP 2: You will receive an email where we will confirm the location you need to ship your return items to, (you will need to cover shipping costs yourself).

STEP 3: Place the item(s) in the original shipping box and close the box and tape it securely.

STEP 4: Once we receive the item(s), in the same condition as they were shipped, we will process your refund. Keep in mind that refunds exclude the original shipping cost.
